E. Jason Blankenship
Mr. Blankenship is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, and of Michigan State University. During the course of his legal career, Mr. Blankenship has obtained over $13 million in settlements for his clients, and he was honored to be selected as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers, and as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers.
Mr. Blankenship is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and a former active member of the State Bar of New Hampshire. He has represented injured people in courts across the State of Michigan, as well as in both the Eastern District Court and Western District Court of Michigan's Federal Court. Mr. Blankenship has litigated cases in multiple states nationwide, and has successfully argued appeals in both Michigan's Court of Appeals as well as the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals located in Cincinnati, OH.
Mr. Blankenship started his legal career as a staff attorney for the New Hampshire Public Defender, specializing in criminal defense of the indigent in rural New Hampshire.
Following his return to his home state of Michigan, Mr. Blankenship began litigating medical malpractice and birth trauma cases, and then later branched out to include products liability, employment cases, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Blankenship then joined the Fieger law firm, and represented people who were injured or wronged. During that time, Mr. Blankenship handled auto negligence, medical malpractice, civil rights, police brutality, employment discrimination, and wrongful death cases.
Mr. Blankenship made the decision to form his own firm in 2014, so that he could offer the individualized, personal attention that each case deserves.
